First, for pointing out that there is an the US economic bubble. Then for “heaping insults” on Jeb, who called Trump a “jerk.” Trump said Jeb’s insult-filled debate performance “sad.” Trump was even un-PC, if you can believe it, telling people “Merry Christmas.”

What I find the most annoying is the mantra that politicians and journalists need “courage” to criticize Trump. Is it really that dangerous? Dana Milibank acts as if he’s come under heavy gun fire simply because he receives angry emails from Trump supporters.
