Many out trick-or-treating

Dear Lew,
Here in Albany, Oregon, we’re getting many costumed children trick-or-treating. No fewer than the usual numbers.
This is a good sign, and makes me happy, because it’s an indication that people aren’t as gulled by Covid as our overseers want to believe.
