But the European Union wants the entire European continent controlled from Brussels. Greater Europe. (Sarkozy’s proposed Mediterranean Union would have given the EU the entire Mediterranean Sea basin. A new Roman Empire.)
Turkey’s building Greater Turkey. Israel’s expanding Greater Israel. China’s extending Greater China (Hong Kong, Taiwan, Himalayas).
A Greater Africa is emerging under the auspices of the African Union and regional blocs like ECOWAS.
It seems to be the international trend.
