Lake Oroville is the largest reservoir in California. It has been at record low levels of water for years in the drought, but now it is overflowing and has damaged the spillway. An emergency spillway is being readied for use.

And yet, Governor Brown won’t rescind the water conservation measures.

We will be lucky if the Lake Oroville Dam doesn’t fail.
