Is Medicare’s hospice policy slightly disguised euthanasia?

Both my mother and my paternal aunt/godmother died while in hospice care and perhaps because they were. Both were cut off from antibiotics when they needed or might need them. In both instances they were in care facilities and when hospice “took over” (with very rare and brief visits) the facility staff pulled back and neither did what needed to be done. I firmly see Medicare’s hospice policy as one of euthanasia.
