How many Americans are there?

Writes Robert Katz:

A Population Density Paradox

How Many Americans are there?

If by American, you mean an entity living north of Mexico and south of Canada that attacks everything American, praises everything

unAmerican, cheers on the tyrants who plunder the region, and pronounces his stupidity, ignorance, meddling, and hypocrisy as

compassionate humanitarianism, the answer is about 333,000,000.

If by American you mean someone who cherishes the reasons for America’s founding: Life, Liberty, Property, and the Pursuit of

Happiness, the answer is probably no more than 1 in 10,000.
