Henry Winkler Slammed for Fueling Viral L.A. Fire Theory

Writes Gail Appel:

Something is very wrong with Western civilization. Perhaps “ civilization” is the wrong word. Ditto “ culture”.

Henry Winkler asserted that the California raging fires have been set by arsonists. In a normal, even middle school educated society, a majority of the population would consider arson a likely possibility. How many forest fires have been raging in California over the past ten years? Increasing in frequency? What has been done to prevent them? Nothing. Nor have there been any thorough investigations . With the weather conditions , which have always been, the lack of forest management, water retention facilities or structures and every fire bug fully aware of the situation, any person capable of thinking would consider arson a strong possibility.

Somehow, that makes Winkler and others finally speaking out “dangerous right wing conspiracy theorists”.  All fires were once thoroughly investigated for the possibility of arson. I don’t remember “ right wing” being part of the process.

But then again, Lahaina was a normal occurrence. Climate Change is the new normal. As are factory explosions , particularly food packing, production and storage facilities.
