But when the BLM thug mob terrorized Minneapolis during the COVID lockdown, literally burning down neighborhoods largely populated by black people, he refused to call in the National Guard.
He is an either a sociopath bordering on psychopathy or a full blown psychopath. I’m going with the latter.
