A lot of purported liberals who claim to care about civil liberties are cheering the unconstitutional, unlawful ‘orders’ being given by various Governors. In particular, they have cheered as folks are forced attend Mass online instead of in person. I say this is by DESIGN, as our rulers know supposed liberals and organizations such as the ACLU will largely not care if the right of people of faith to assemble is curtailed. Let us say a Pride Parade was planned and the organizers refused to cancel it. If the State threatened those attendees as they have churches, would liberals still support it? Rhetorical.
