Disappearing OSU Suspects

Writes Tom Mullin:

“Hello Lew,

“I took the screen shot below off Hot Air at 11:47 AM on the day of the OSU knife attack. CBS reports below “two people have been arrested in the parking garage where K-9 units were searching.” Note how specific that description is. It’s unlikely to be a misunderstanding. 

“They go on in the next paragraph to warn against “not to jump to conclusions on arrests.”

“By the afternoon, all references to these two people had vanished. This Syracuse.com story still refers to them.

“The story contains this sentence: “Here are pictures of two arrested at @OhioState lane avenue parking garage. No word if they’re suspects.”

“But when you click the link for the pictures, the page no longer exists. And by the way, why would people be arrested if they’re not at least initially suspects?

“So we have two more in a long line of vanishing suspects. Every school shooting (or stabbing) incident seems to have multiple perpetrators when first reported, but then quickly adopt the lone nut narrative.

“This one may be nothing, but I’d like to know what happened to those two people. Were they released? Sent to Gitmo? Or were they always just fake news by CBS?”
