Deep State’s Sessions Strategy

The Deep State joined forces with the Democrats to get Flynn out. Now, they’re after Sessions to prevent him from having any role in investigating Russia. It doesn’t matter if he resigns or recuses himself, as long as he is out of the way, they have a chance to get one of their own to head the investigation. The best outcome for them is a special prosecutor. If they are successful at getting a special prosecutor appointed to investigate Russian involvement in election, the prosecutor will be a member of the Deep State and the investigation itself will be a nonstop propaganda war against Russia. It won’t matter if it ever finds anything. Public support for peace will be eviscerated.
