Daily Beast, Stop Helping Ben Carson!
October 28, 2015
In the latest expose, and please keep track of the guilty associations: the Southern Poverty Law Center blames Carson because one of his superpacs co-sponsored a meeting of a heterosexualist group. Mean things were said, such as using the word “homosexualist.”
NB: It has always bothered me that the Daily Beast is named after the newspaper in Scoop by Evelyn Waugh, one of the great comedic novels of the 20th century, and a very un-PC book, too. The joke, perhaps not intended, is that the digital Daily Beast has much in common with its fictional predecessor. No sense of humor, among many other things.
