Start the video at the 10:00 mark. It is fascinating that the Chechen Security caught the Muslim terrorist and cut off his ear. The Russians weren’t happy about this.

This week is Holy Week in the Christian religion. The night before Christ was crucified, Jesus and his disciples were in the Garden of Gethsemane. Peter, one of Jesus’ disciples cut off the ear of a Roman soldier who had come to arrest Jesus.

Jesus put the ear back on the Roman Centurion.

Odd that the cutting off of an ear is involved this week in Russia. That is an odd coincidence. And then there’s The Big Lebowski movie where John Goodman bites off the ear of a nihilist (terrorist).
