Yo, Worms: A Feast Awaits in Albany!

April 30, 2020

Mr. Anonymous sent me this magnificent message from Judge (yeah, try to overlook that) Roy Moore on Facebook:

In 1849, cholera killed over 150,000 people in America,…

(when the population was 23,191,876, yielding a rate of death of .64%, vs. COVID19’s  61,849 fatalities or .019%)

…but churches remained open. In fact, President Zachary Taylor proclaimed a National Day of Prayer on July 3, 1849, …

Ha! Fat chance that godless America will repent and proclaim such a Day now! And even if we did, churches and Pastor Goat are AWOL.

… in which he asked our people “to assemble in their respective places of worship…to implore the Almighty in His own good time to stay the destroying hand which is now lifted up against us.” It was reported that in August, the death rate had dropped significantly. (American Minute 7/9/14)

Have we now forgotten that powerful Friend or do we imagine that we no longer need His assistance? Evidently, New York Governor Andrew Cuomo has forgotten.

Now, Judge, that’s beyond charitable clear into silly: ol’ Andy can’t forget what he never knew.

In a statement during a press conference on April 14 regarding a decrease in the daily number of deaths due to Coronavirus, [Cuomo] said, “The number is down because we brought it down.” “God did not do that. Faith did not do that.” (Lifesite 4/14/20)

Remember when Herod didn’t disavow his subjects’ worship, and “an angel of the Lord struck him down, and he was eaten by worms and died“? How much more will God afflict a politician who actively blasphemes?
