Yes, they will, as matters now stand. Biden is a crook, and he has broken through to become a clear leader in the betting market (Predictit). He’s now at 34 cents. The nearest rival is Sanders at 22 cents. The rest of the field lags well behind, and that includes another crook named Hillary.
Biden’s breakthrough may be because the Senate will not conduct a trial whose proceedings would place Biden’s Ukraine corruption on trial. McConnell is doing Biden a favor when he says he may cut short the trial.
