Who Lost Iraq and Syria?

Today, Dr. Paul and I take a look at recent reports of big ISIS and al-Qaeda gains in Iraq and Syria. Although Obama said last month that his war on ISIS is making “great progress,” Saudi/Qatari/Turk/Israeli machinations in the region are scoring victories for the extremists while the US seemingly turns a blind eye:
