Turned much of it into a “rat-infested hellhole.” Now the mayor wants to plunder the taxpayers even further for $7.5 billion “investments” (for starters) in thousands of dilapidated, abandoned, rat-invested, rotted out row houses in the crime/rat/politician-infested hellhole that is the city of Baltimore. And you thought Ukraine was a bad “investment.”
As I’ve said before, Maryland politicians are a special kind of stupid, ranking up there with California stupid or New York City stupid.
