Ward Churchill, Communist Nut (Or Do I Repeat Myself)

February 9, 2005

I just caught some of Ward Churchill’s press conference on my car radio. He said when he called the World Trade Center victims of 9/11 “little Adolf Eichmanns” he wasn’t referring to the children, or the fireman, but the “cadre” of people who worked in the buildings facilitating international trade. In Churchill’s ignorant and warped mind, the man who worked at the WTC making sure your online credit card purchase of a hand-made rug from a shopkeeper in India went through OK is the moral equivalent of a mass-murdering Nazi death camp overseer.

For those of you who are not in academe, this is merely THE ACCEPTED WISDOM. Free-market exchange is “fascism,” and fascism means well, you know what it means. That’s why this moron had a mob of cheering brown shirts (a.k.a., University of Colorado students) behind him during his speech. They have been taught to believe that by your purchasing that rug from the Indian shopkeeper you are really “exploiting” him. That’s why they are always protesting “free trade” by throwing garbage cans through the windows of a Starbucks and other such antics. They are good little brainless, nutty Marxists educated by the likes of Ward Churchill.
