‘US Spends Millions on Overseas Propaganda, But No One is Buying it’

I am interviewed on RT about John Kerry’s appearance on Capitol Hill to demand more money for the US overseas propaganda budget. Kerry is furious that stations like RT are gaining a larger audience in the US and abroad while Washington D.C.’s propaganda is being disregarded. I am no fan of any government-funded media, I told RT, but for the US the problem is the product, not the PR. You can read the text of the interview here.
