At this rate, next year we’ll see Dick Cheney on a whistle-stop tour to every GOP Lincoln Day Dinner in sight, celebrating how well torture works.
If Obama is a prayerful man, I’m sure he’s praying for Cheney’s continued good health. And perhaps suggesting that the DNC pick up his expenses, too.
