I discovered Abigail Shrier when Joe Rogan first interviewed her a few years ago on the militarized trans movement. Recently, he brought her back on his show to discuss the modern “therapy” movement and how it destroys independence and strength, as well as a young person’s ability to handle normal anxiety, day-to-day feelings, and life stresses. Just finished this book – Bad Therapy by @AbigailShrier
This is one of the most eye-opening books I’ve ever read. It’s a must read for any parent, any teacher, and should be required reading for any school administrator as well.
