1. Open the borders and flood the country with tens of millions of uneducated peasants from Third-World socialist countries.
2. Tutor them all on how to sign up for welfare, with government-funded “nonprofit” organizations like Catholic Charities doing the tutoring.
3. Pass a law allowing all illegal aliens to vote.

This will become a reality the minute the Democrat/Marxist Party gains control of the House and Senate and places a thirty-something communist in the White House.  Then all American cities can be just like the Democrat/Marxist Party machine-run inner cities of Baltimore, Detroit, and Chicago.
