Taking the “Medical Profession” Out Behind The Woodshed
December 10, 2020
Mark Higdon
just completed a lengthy survey for the Leukemia Lymphoma Society (LLS). The purpose was to gauge the status of ongoing health care and related issues among their constituency (e.g. me) in the COVID era. On an open-ended question about employment, I offered the following comment:
Government COVID-related policies were a major contributor to my losing my job. Policies made the job mostly undoable. The medical profession and establishment have been active in initiating and influencing these draconian and unscientific policies, and have colluded in sustaining and expanding them. As a result, far more people are impoverished, sickened, dying or dead from these policies than from the yet-to-be-observed “novel” virus. Mandatory mask-wearing is one of the worst of all policies, as it is demonstrably unhealthful except in very limited circumstances. Official misinformation and lying are at the core of almost all the policies. Governments, organizations and businesses that enforce them are effectively shielded from nearly all access, liability and accountability.
I submitted similarly-sulfurous comments in other sections. I have been an appreciative beneficiary of this organization since my diagnosis in 2018. However–like practically everybody else–they have held only “virtual” events for most of this year. In response to my declining to sign up as a volunteer, the survey asked why. I suggested they get back to me when they resume holding live-attendance events.
Other patients dealing with medical charlatans may want to “submit similarly sulfurous comments.”
