I mentioned Cuba. I may have to add that he freed some non-violent drug offenders. This, of course, doesn’t mean that he wants to end the drug war. And he would have to do much more to move off the bottom of my list of the worst presidents—next to George W. Bush, FDR, Lincoln, Wilson, and LBJ.
