Should Tort Law Apply to Everyone Except Bill Gates?

Bill apparently thinks so. In this video he says he wants all the governments in the world to purchase a vaccine he hopes to soon be peddling and then force everyone on the planet to be vaccinated. He wants to be “indemnified,” however, i.e., exempted from lawsuits from the deadly side effects of the vaccine that he obviously knows about.
