. . . and they may execute you on the spot. First Charleston, now Baltimore. And then they will “take the 5th” and say nothing to anyone about what happened — unless a citizen videotapes the killing. One wonders how long it will be before a citizen doing the cellphone videotaping of one of these killings is himself whacked by the cops.
