Ron Paul for Ballot Access

Ron Paul, long a dedicated opponent of restrictive ballot-access laws for federal elections, has again introduced legislation to open up the process. (NB: he is also opposed to ballot-access restrictions at the state level, but as a constitutionalist advocate of states rights, he wants such matters handled at the state level.)
