Resistance!

Small acts of defiance are the most encouraging, particularly when an unexpected flower of freedom blooms in darkness. Standing in line at the metrobus hub at the Pentagon today I noticed a finger had traced in the dust which had accumulated on the bulletproof glass wall of the outer perimeter security ring two little lines of protest: “Stop spending our $ on war!” and “War is murder!”
