In 1992, during the presidential campaign for the NH Democratic Presidential Primary, candidate Bill Clinton and his wife Hillary went on the CBS News program 60 Minutes on Sunday, January 26 to address serious allegations raised about his infidelity to his wife with Gennifer Flowers.
But in the midst of that historic interview something happened that was not shown to the millions of viewers who had tuned in.
“I’m not sitting here some little woman standing by my man like Tammy Wynette,” Hillary famously told Steve Kroft in that 1992 interview. “I’m sitting here because I love him and I respect him.”
Let us each repair to our places of worship this Sunday before the Debate tonight and reflect upon and remember the fallen hero in this heroic drama, the Unknown Studio Light, now lying in repose at Arlington National Cemetery, which almost flattened the bitch for lying.
