It’s about time, Stephan. I beat you to the punch, though. I prefaced by talk at the Mises Institute’s Las Vegas conference on financial markets a couple of weekends ago with an advance apology to anyone from UNLV who might have been in the audience. Just in case anything I — or anyone — said made them feel uncomfortable. (You may have heard that they have a rule on that campus against anyone ever saying anything that might make anyone who is not a white heterosexual male “uncomfortable”).
In fact, I went a step further than you have; I announced that I had checked with the concierge at the Veneitian, and he assured me that he could direct any offended UNLV student or adminstrator to the nearest psychiatrist’s office, if necessary.
