re: No Osama Death Photo After All

Tom, in the words of Pres. Barack bin Obama on 60 Minutes:
“We don’t trot out this stuff as trophies,” Mr. Obama added. “The fact of the matter is, this is somebody who was deserving of the justice that he received.”
And here I thought justice in the United States (or in any civilized society) meant a trial by jury, not vigilante murder. Silly me. But I guess individuals in the government have more rights, or are exempt from basic standards of justice, than private individuals. I’d like to know where did these government individuals receive their “special,” “divine” rights from?
Again, according to the latest report from the government, bin Laden wasn’t even armed. The fact that the government isn’t even concerned about the fact that they murdered an unarmed man shows how brazenly fascist the United States government has become.
