Lew, Ringo also is quoted in several places on the Web as saying that “Everything government touches turns to crap.” (This of course has been scientifically proven a gazillion times). I have this on my office door next to an image of Ringo. So, as they used to say in the ’60s, who’s your favorite Beatle?
