Tom: Your blog reminds me of the “statistic” that, “all persons who were alive in 1850, and who ate dill pickles, are now dead.” I suspect that if it had been shown that those who attacked the World Trade Center on 9/11 had eaten peanut-butter and jelly sandwiches that morning, Congress would have enacted legislation – passed by a 434-1 margin in the House – making it a federal crime to order, prepare, or eat such food.
