It looks as if the mega-bailout of banks and mortgage companies was written, not by neocon mouthpieces Dodd and Shelby (excuse me, civics teachers of the empire), but by the Bank of America and Countrywide. This is, by the way, a typical way the world’s greatest deliberative body rips us off. (Thanks to Robert Mish.)
