New Lawsuit Against Cuomo and His AG

This complaint is available in full. Cuomo’s orders are illegal:
“…for violations committed by Defendants while acting under color of state law against Plaintiff’s rights and privileges guaranteed by Article I, §8, Clause 3 (Commerce Clause); §10, Clause 1 (Contracts Clause); the Fifth, Ninth, Tenth and Fourteenth Amendments of the United States Constitution, and for violations of New York State Executive Law § 29-a, and New York Constitution Articles III, §1; IV, §§ 1 and 3; and VI.”
