The leftists for such a long time, specifically feminists on the left, have decried Islam’s face covering statutes as being demeaning to women. Well they were right about that. But a broken clock is right twice a day, beating them by at least 50%. Forcing people to wear face masks is demeaning for many different reasons. There [is] in fact [a study] which points out that Islamic women are less healthy than their secular and Christian counterparts due to their wearing of face coverings… How ironic that the left now embraces the demeaning practice of keeping their women covered. And I would have to lump in those slavishly obedient humans who sport testicles into the women category. They’ve been emasculated and burqa’d.
By the way, in France there is a burqa/niqab ban. But the President has ordered everyone to wear a mask without lifting the ban on the burqa/niqab. That’s how stupid the politics is around this masking issue.
A friendly amendment to Rick’s last statement: the politics around any issue is stupid.
