The libertarian themed Braveheart to Fatman is unquestionably a downward trajectory, despite Ray Arroyo’s attempts to pretend otherwise. I do appreciate this:
ARROYO: You rarely weigh in on politics, Mel, which frankly I appreciate. Is that a deliberate choice?
GIBSON: Yeah, I think so…Who the hell cares what I think? I’m not really an expert in anything, anyway…
