Mask Smackdown

A federal judge in the great state of Florida has smacked down the federal mask mandate for airplanes and other public transportation. The mask mandate by the CDC “is unlawful because the agency did not adequately explain its reasoning for the mandate, nor allow public comment before issuing it.” The original order from the CDC has been in effect since Feb. 1, 2021. Before then, most airlines wanted everyone to wear masks, but have since realized how stupid that is. The CDC mandate was recently extended for the fourth time until May 3.
