The video of pigs killing a dog is bad enough, but trust the cops to make it worse.

They actually excused their unspeakable slaughter of Mr. Rosby’s “puppy” by claiming that they were “looking out for” their shackled victim.

“I know it’s the dog’s master, and more than likely not going to attack him, (but) we’ve got a guy handcuffed that’s kind of defenseless. We have a duty to defend him too,’ [Lt. Scott] Swain said [sic for ‘lied’].” Rich, isn’t it? Yo, Pigs: don’t do us any favors.
