Latest Police State Tactic: Shoot First, Ask Questions Later

That’s what happened to a totally innocent mayor of a Baltimore suburb when cops knocked down the door to his house, shot to death his two labrador retrievers, tied him up along with his mother-in-law, and interrogated them for two hours with the dead pets at his feet.
The cops have not apologized, of course. They were just serving and protecting.
