Ken Lay is Not Guilty After All

In this morning’s news all the legal beagles are saying that Ken Lay’s death invalidates the guilty verdict against him. A man who pleads not guilty has a right to appeal, and since Lay cannot appeal, they’re saying the verdict will simply be thrown out. They haven’t said how this would affect Skilling.
