It’s a conspiracy, dammit!

September 28, 2007

I’m skeptical about conspiracy theories. My own view is that like-minded people act together and people with similar material interests work together tacitly. No need for secret meetings.

But I do believe that someone is orchestrating the presidential race.

Some big shot wants Ron Paul to be the next president.

How else do explain why the seven leading contenders self-destructed this week?

The three leading Democrats stumbled through an answer to a question about whether they would end the war in four years! No! A rare moment of candor.

Then the four Republicans ahead of Ron in the 20th Century polls, decided to give blacks a finger in the eye by failing to show up last night.

All I can say is, I like this particular conspiracy.
