Subject: Doing the bidding of Martians to “save” the Human Race

Hi Walter, Jan. 2, 2020

I’m watching “The Report” about the CIA torture program and there at about the 34:00 mark is John Yoo saying that it is okay to crush a child’s testicles if it stops a terrorist attack. (John Yoo currently teaches “law” at UC Berkeley).

Your argument that it is okay to kill Joe to satisfy the All Powerful Martians, if it saves the human race, sounds all too similar to John Yoo’s argument about crushing a child’s testicles to save “the many”.

F**k the Martians. F**k John Yoo.

I’ll die a human being before I’ll kill hapless Joe or crush some child’s testicles just to stay alive another day.

We are honorable kind beings, or we aren’t.

Dear Tim:

I never said that it is okay to kill Joe. Anyone who kills Joe should be considered a murderer, and punished. Ditto for the child abuser.

However, I would do both, if that was the only way to save the entire planet, and ensure the survival of the entire human race.

I am NOT a fan of John Yoo’s.

Best regards,

Walter
