With the passing of the great Walter E. Grinder I have been doing some intense reflection and focus upon the many incredible persons and institutions over the past fifty years which have helped me develop and shape my ideological world view regarding American history and my attempt to make sense and understanding of that complex and challenging flow of events and unfolding developments. Several years ago I authored an evolving work-in-progress attempting to make a preliminary synthesis of these ideas and concepts, Who Rules America: Power Elite Analysis, the Deep State, and American History. This intellectual journey has been most rewarding, due primarily to the excellent insights and guidance these trail blazers of research and scholarship have provided to me (and the world at-large). This blog is a small demonstration of my ongoing thanks and appreciation for those sometimes unheralded efforts.
