As always when a Thief and Sexual Assailant ventures into freelance work for himself, I wonder how the cops could tell that he’s committed a crime vs. “a welcome reassurance of safety,” as the Supreme Court dubs the Fourth Amendment’s evisceration at airports. 

At any rate, Our Rulers used location as the determining factor this time. “...[O]n an escalator, and not in a security line,” Ol’ Nick was “allegedly… using a phone to take video up a woman’s skirt at the city’s airport, according to authorities.”

Again, I marvel at the stupidity of the TSA’s deviants. Listen up, Pervs: STICK WITH THE CHECKPOINT TO INDULGE ALL YOUR EVIL WITH IMPUNITY. Sexual assault, pedophilia, snapping pictures of the full monty through passengers’ clothes—not just up the skirt, Nick: have you no ambition?—all of this is possible, nay, encouraged at the checkpoint. Leave that area to perform the same malfeasance, and you suddenly degenerate to lawbreaking in Leviathan’s eyes. Nope, I have no idea why your boss insists on this absurd distinction, either. All I can tell you is that if you want to remain free to prey on passengers, do so only at the checkpoint.
