How to Prevent Another War in Iraq

It may be that the troops are the only ones who can prevent it, but only if they do what is right and refuse to go. If, as Pat Buchanan says in his article today, “Who wants U.S. troops back in Iraq? The American people do not. Congress does not. Tehran does not. The Shia extremists do not. The Sunnis do not. And ISIS does not,” how can the troops do otherwise?
