Homosexuals—The ‘Negroes’ of the 21st Century

Just like people whose skin color was a shade darker than other people were once considered “lesser” people, people who—for whatever reason—engage in certain personal voluntary activities with their own bodies, i.e., homosexuals, are still considered “lesser” people by many buttinskies out there. (And, unbelievably, it’s not just buttinskies of the right-wing kind. For example: Current Puppet-in-Chief Obama—half* of who used to be part of the once considered “lesser” people, i.e., “Negroes”—is still “grappling” with the issue as to whether or not gays should be “allowed” to marry—rather than just be “allowed” to have “civil unions.”)

The overlords of both the New Jersey Senate and the New Jersey State Assembly have found it in their “noble” hearts to “grant permission” to homosexuals to do what the overlords have no right claiming the authority to grant in the first place. Unfortunately, there’s always one spoilsport in the bunch. His Royal Excellency of the Great Fiction State of New Jersey Chris Christie has vetoed it.

Why adult human beings involved in any voluntary actions with other adult human beings need the “permission” from a third group of adult human beings in order to be involved in any voluntary actions is beyond me.

UPDATE: Andy Thomas sent me this interesting essay written by Norman Hall called, “Gay Rights, Marriage, and Government Intervention.”
