History’s Worst Hypocrites?

Progressives’ double standards are so abundantly obvious that we need no further evidence of them. So pardon my bothering you with this example, but most of LRC’s readers are probably as willfully ignorant as I of the noisy sewer called “rap music” (boy, what an absolute distortion of the word “music.” Sorta like calling Hitlary Clinton a “lady” or Obummer an “American”).

On Wednesday, the president [Trump] took to Twitter to slam “failing” rapper Snoop Dogg, who this week released the video “Lavender,” which features Snoop Dogg shooting a Trump lookalike with a toy gun.

“Can you imagine what the outcry would be if @SnoopDogg, failing career and all, had aimed and fired the gun at President Obama? Jail time!” tweeted Trump.

Yep, he’s absolutely right (in both senses of the term). Too bad Trump only describes totalitarianism rather than abolishing it.

But his response incited this hate-speech against a woman (and correct me if I’m wrong, but haven’t Progs banned hate-speech, especially that variety which not only notices female “gender” but promises action thereon?) from something or –one calling itself “Bow Wow.”

Shut your punk a** up talking sh*t about my uncle @SnoopDogg before we pimp your wife and make her work for us.

It isn’t even the threats of violence and rape that most appall but the lack of condemnation from other Progressives for either the original video or that subsequent illiterate and obscene bark from “Bow Wow.” Especially when we recall the Left’s paroxysms the one time a commentator presumed to advise Obummer’s daughters–and that without resorting to a single expletive or hint of physical brutality.

How does anyone with even a modicum of decency or a few points of IQ subscribe to Progressivism?
