Lew, as the anniversaries of the atomic bombing of Hiroshima and Nagasaki approaches, it is perhaps time to ponder and reflect upon the continuing dire consequences of these actions: would a Donald Trump, Hillary Clinton, or Gary Johnson make the same fateful decision as Harry Truman did when advised not to do so by so many of his top military and intelligence hierarchy?
