President Bush congratulated House Speaker Dennis Hastert today for “helping his constituents” receive more than $200 million from the $286 billion highway bill that Bush just signed into law. Only Bush and the unprincipled Republicans in Congress could call raping the taxpayers “helping his constituents.”
